What is the difference in fans' and players' version?

  • Fans version jerseys are the most common jerseys. It is designed for fans to wear during the match day. Logos are embroidered and they are made of a heavier weight, climate control fabric; designed for longer durability.
  • Players version jerseys are designed for players to wear during the match. Logos are vinyl pressed and they are made of a light weight sweat repellent material for performance. Lasts shorter than fans version.

Are jerseys true to size?

  • Fans version are usually true to size. Still make sure to check the size guide for an exact fit.
  • Players' version jerseys have a much slimmer fit than the fans' version. So usually you have to size up on them. Make sure to see the size guide to get the right fit.

I don't see a jersey I want

If you don't see the jerseys you want, you can contact us using the form above or send an email to jerseysempireshop@gmail.com. Chances are we might have them.

Where do you ship?

We ship to almost all countries where Shopify is available. Shipping cost to major countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia and many other major markets is free. Other countries incur an extra shipping cost depending on the location.

What is the shipping time?

  • Order Processing time: 3 days
  • Shipping time: 7-15 days (USA, UK, Canada); 10-20 days(Australia, New Zealand, EU); 15-25 days to other countries
  • Total time: Order Processing time + Shipping time

My tracking shows delivered, but I never received it. What can I do?

The shipping carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check all possible places where it could be. Ask your family members if they have received the item.

If it's still missing, please contact the carrier about your package. We can't be responsible for carrier mistakes.

How to make changes to my order?

To make changes to your order, please contact us using the form above or send an email to jerseysempireshop@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing your order. Mention order number and changes to be made. Any requests after that can't be fulfilled since your jerseys will be sent for customization.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us using the form above or send an email to jerseysempireshop@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing your order. Mention your order number. Refund will be sent instantly. It's upto your payment method and bank on how long you have to wait to get the refund.

I didn't get my order confirmation. What should I do?

If you haven't got your order confirmation, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the confirmation email.

What is your refund policy?

We have 14-day return policy. You have upto 14 days after receiving your product to request for a return/ exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it: Unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at jerseysempireshop@gmail.com.
